Shipping Policy

Every order is individually inspected and packaged before it ships. Quality you can feel starts before it reaches your door.

Orders are processed and fulfilled within 7–10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods such as new launches or promotions, fulfillment may take up to 12 business days.

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $8.95. Orders over $150 ship free.

Domestic delivery arrives within 3–5 business days after shipment via UPS or FedEx Ground. Total estimated delivery time is 10–12 business days from the order date.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

REIGN Collection currently ships within the United States only.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Please ship to a secure address.

If a delivery is returned to us after failed delivery attempts, store credit will be issued for the item value, minus the original shipping cost.
